How to Enroll in PNB Online Banking – Balance Inquiry, Transfer Funds, Pay Bills

Being one of the largest and popular banks in the Philippines, the Philippine National Bank or PNB has also utilized the power of the internet to give online banking services to its customers.

These online banking services that PNB offers not only gives convenience to their clients and customers but has also made it easier for the customers to check their account balance online, pay bills, and send or receive money without having to go the PNB branch personally.

How to Enroll in PNB Online Banking

If you have PNB ATM/Debit Mastercard Savings Accounts, PNB Passbook Savings Accounts, PNB Checking Accounts, PNB Pensioner accounts (SSS/GSIS), and PNB Joint/OR Accounts, you can enroll in PNB Online Banking. However, Corporate and Joint/AND accounts are not eligible to register.

Here are the steps to register in PNB Online Banking…

1. Go to PNB website at pnb.com.ph. Click Internet Banking Login > Enroll Here > Sign up.

3. Choose whether you want to sign up using an ATM Card or sign up using an SMS PIN (Branch Enrollment).

a. To sign up using an ATM Card, follow these steps:

  • Choose the type of account to be enrolled then enter the valid Card Number and PIN. Then click Continue.
  • Fill out the Login Details correctly and make sure that your mobile number and email address are correct and active. Then click Continue.
  • For your password, it must be 8 characters including 1 uppercase letter, 1 special character, and alphanumeric characters.
  • Enter the 6-digit OTP or One Time Password which will be sent to your registered mobile number. Then click Continue.
  • A confirmation page will show up on the screen which means that your account has been successfully enrolled.

b. To sign up using an SMS PIN (Branch Enrollment), follow these steps:

  • Visit the nearest PNB branch to request for Online Banking Enrollment via SMS PIN. Then you have to fill out the Electronic Banking Enrollment Form with all the required information.
  • Enter your correct account number, the SMS PIN that was sent to your registered mobile number and your mobile number. Then click Continue.
  • Fill out the Login Details correctly and make sure that your mobile number and email address are valid and correct. Then click Continue.
  • For your password, it must be 8 characters including 1 uppercase letter, 1 special character, and alphanumeric characters.
  • A confirmation page will show up on the screen which means that your account has been successfully enrolled.

How to Login to PNB Online Banking

1. Go to pnb.com.ph > Internet Banking Login > Personal Account

2. The next page will show up where you have to enter your Username and Password

3. Since this is your first time to login to PNB Online Banking, you have to enter the OAC or Online Activation Code that was sent to your registered e-mail address.  Click Continue.

4. Once you’re successfully logged in to PNB Internet Banking, you will be directed to the MY ACCOUNTS page where you can view your account balance.

How to Check PNB Balance Inquiry Online

1. Login to your PNB Online Banking Account using your Username and Password by going to pnb.com.ph.

2. Once logged in, click Accounts. You’ll see your account details including the Account Number, Account Type,
Account Name, Available Balance, Current Balance, and Currency.

3. To view your PNB Banking Transactions, just scroll down the Accounts page. You’ll see the date, transaction, remarks, amount, and balance on the page.

How to Add Deposit Accounts

If you have more than one account with PNB, you can add them up also to your PNB Online Banking account.

1. Login to your PNB Online Banking Account.

2. Under Accounts Services, click Add/Remove Accounts on the upper right corner of the page.

3. Click New Account > Enter the 6-digit one-time password OTP that was sent to your registered mobile number, then click Continue.

4. Choose your desired accounts (if you have more than one) from the list of available accounts to be enrolled. The, click Continue.

5. You can now view your New Account at the My Accounts page.

How to Transfer Funds or Money using PNB Online Banking

A. Transfer Funds to Own  Account

  • Login to your PNB Online Banking Account.
  • In the Main Menu, click TRANSFERS then choose the source account to be debited and the destination account to be credited.
  • Enter the amount to be transferred. You may add something under remarks to remind you of what the transaction was for. Make sure that the amount entered is within the available balance of the source account.
    If it is, then click Continue.
  • Review the transaction details and if everything is correct, click Done. Or go back if you want to make the necessary adjustments or changes.
  • A confirmation page will show up to acknowledge that the transfer was successful.

B. Transfer Funds to 3rd Party Account

  • Login to your PNB Online Banking Account.
  • In the Main Menu, click TRANSFERS then choose the source account to be debited.
  • Under Other Accounts, click New Payee.
  • Enter the 3rd Party Account Number and Alias (Name). If you want to save the payee information for future transfers, just click “Save Payee to List”. Then, click Continue.
  • Enter the amount to be transferred and add remarks. Make sure that the amount entered is within the available balance of the source account, then click Continue.
  • Review the transaction details and if everything is correct, click Done. Go back if you want to make some changes. Enter the OTP or One Time Password which will be sent to your registered mobile number. Then, click Continue.
  • A confirmation page will show up to acknowledge that the transfer was successful.
  • To add more Payees, just follow the same steps as above.

How to Pay Bills through PNB Online Banking

  • Login to your PNB Online Banking Account.
  • In the Main Menu, click Bills and choose the source account to be debited.
  • You will be directed to My Billers field where you have to click NEW BILLER.
  • Choose the Biller Name from the drop down list > Enter Subscriber or Account Number and Alias Name. Click “Save Biller to List” for future use. Then, click Continue.
  • If all the details are correct, click Done. Enter the OTP that was sent to your registered mobile number and click Continue.
  • A confirmation page will show up to acknowledge that the transfer was successful.
  • You will also receive an email confirmation of your transaction.
  • To add more Billers, just follow the same steps as above.

How to Use PNB Mobile Banking App

The PNB Mobile Banking App lets you do all the above transactions just by using your mobile phone with internet connection.

Just like PNB Online Banking, you can View your account balance and transaction history, Transfer funds between PNB accounts, Pay your monthly bills online and more with PNB Mobile Banking.

If you’re already enrolled in PNB Online Banking, you don’t need to enroll again. Just download the PNB Mobile Banking App on your mobile phone device, then enter the same Username and Password.

Once you’re logged in, you can now start enjoying the features of mobile banking. Banking has never been easy with PNB Online and Mobile Banking, so, take advantage of it!
