Are you having a problem logging in to your SSS Online Account?
Did you forget your Username or Password?
Are you using the correct Username and Password, but still UNABLE to login?
Or did you forget the Email Address that you used when you registered your SSS Online Account?
If your answer is YES to any of these questions, don’t worry because you’ve come to the right place and I’m here to help you!
Here are some steps on how to request SSS Password Reset for your SSS Online Account.
STEP 1
A. Send an email to member_relations@sss.gov.ph using your personal email with the following information:
- Details of Concern (SSS Password Reset)
2. Complete Name
3. Contact Number
4. Active Email Address
5. 10-digit SSS number
6. Date of Birth
7. Employment History
8. Attach scanned / screenshots of valid IDs (with photo & signature)
B. In the Subject Line, write THRU FACEBOOK.
This is for SSS staff to easily identify that your concern was raised thru Facebook.
STEP 2
Send a FOLLOW UP MESSAGE or POST A COMMENT in the official SSS Facebook Page under the name
Philippine Social Security System (Government Organization).
Your message or comment should include the following information:
- Your Email Address – the one that you used when you sent your email or password reset request
2. Date and Time – when you sent your email or password reset request
3. The SSS email address – where you sent the email to, which is member_relations@sss.gov.ph
Your follow up message or comment can be something like this:
Following up on my SSS Online Password Reset Request.
Email Address: juandelacruz@gmail.com
Date and Time: May 20, 2016 / 9:00 AM
SSS Email Address: member_relations@sss.gov.ph
If you’re worried about posting your Email Address publicly, don’t worry because your message or comment on the SSS Facebook Page will be DELETED as soon as an SSS personnel or staff receives it.
In fairness to SSS Facebook Page staff, they reply to questions or inquiries immediately and they have enough number of staff who help out in answering queries.
Usually they TAG your name or your Facebook Profile name when they reply so just check your notifications from time to time to see if they have already replied to your question or inquiries.
