The TOP or TESDA Online Program is an online education platform that is accessible to Filipino citizens throughout the world. As long as you have internet connection, you can access the e-TESDA website online using your desktop computer, laptop, tablet, or smart phone.

How to Register in e-Tesda Online Program?
Before you could enroll for an online course with Tesda, you need to register your own account first. Here are the steps…
1. Go to www.e-tesda.gov.ph
2. Login as a guest or create a new account. If you already have an existing account, just enter your Username and Password.
To create a new account, fill out the required information in the form and enter the CAPTCHA. Enter a valid and active email address to proceed with the registration.
3. Check your active email and click the link to confirm your new account with TESDA Online Program.
How to Enroll in the Online Courses of Tesda?
- Assuming you have already registered in e-Tesda, you may now login by entering your username and password.
- Browse all the online courses available at e-Tesda website and choose any of the courses that you want to enroll.
- Check the Topic Outline and you may start from the beginning or whichever topic you’d like to start with.
Why Enroll in e-TESDA online courses?
The best thing about online courses is that you can do it anywhere and anytime you want as long as you have your gadget with an internet connection.
You can also learn at your own pace. If you are employed or busy with other priorities, you can do this at your spare time.
You can also go back to the topics and review them as much as you want. And when you’re ready or you feel like you’ve learned enough from the online course that you’ve taken, you may get the National Certificate from TESDA.
TESDA does not issue training certificate or certificate of completion for the online courses. To get your National Certificate, you have to take the National Assessment at any TESDA Assessment Center.
If you’re more comfortable taking the offline courses or the actual trainings that are being offered by the Technical Education and Skills Development Authority (TESDA), you can enroll at any TESDA accredited school or training center.
